This gym is extremely small, not a lot of machines but a ton of cardio equipment. All of the equipment was in poor shape and dirty. Whole place smelt bad and there was a woman janitor in the men’s locker room while men where changing in there lol

Best gym. Has 4 sleds + path which is pretty legit. The people and atmosphere are what keep you coming back. Don't feel judged (tho I don't pay attention to other people much so ymmv), very inspirational regulars. Much better than even the original ones in NYC. Only thing its missing is sauna or an indoor basketball court. Wish I could take this gym with me wherever I go 😮‍💨. Get the highest membership(its cheap), bring friends, the gym is like an adult playground.

There’s never a dull moment when it comes to training at this facility. Good vibes, helpful and professional staff. Classes are amazing and instructors extremely dedicated to members. A place where I find my me time and a piece of mind while working on my fitness/health goals. The best part is also how clean the place is at all times. Thank you for making working out easy comfortable and fun.🥰💪🏽🙏🏽

This is easily the best gym in Brockton! From the equipment, to the staff, to the cleanliness of the gym, this gym stands out against their rivals!
